Intimacy after Kids: a virtual & anonymous workshop for parents
For couples with kids who want to feel more like lovers and less like roommates
About this Workshop
Parenthood changes everything about life as we know it — including the kind of sex & intimacy we have.
Once the kids arrived, many parents feel that the “couple” in their relationship is slowly fading. Some fear that they’ve lost their sex life.
But it is possible for couples to (re)build intimacy and desire together!
What to Expect
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Explore the main elements that influence the quality of intimacy in your relationship
- Explore the ins & outs of how sexual desire works (aha, sorry we like sex-y puns)
- Expand your repertoire for pleasure
- Try on new ways to connect
- … and more
There will be:
- Sharing by Erin, a trained sex & relationship counsellor, on research, science and tangible facts around intimacy and desire
- Exercises to help you & your partner explore and communicate about intimacy
- Q&A at the end where you can submit written questions via the Q&A feature in the webinar
There will NOT be:
- Nudity (from the instructor nor participants)
- Exercises where you need to take your clothes off
- Porn, kink, orgies… (no judgment! This is just not a workshop that includes these things)
- Breakout groups or direct interaction between participants
